| They were looking for a web based customer loyalty project to improve healthcare services, where consistent measurement of customer satisfaction was fundamental to enhance business performance. To do so they approached us to develop a web application that will conduct survey for doctors through the patients. | |
| BENCHMARK SOLUTION | |
| Technoscore provided state of the art solution that is very user friendly and easy to use. The survey questions have slider control to answer in points. To implement slider control Technoscore used Yahoo user interface library. The YUI Library is a bunch of utilities for building highly interactive web applications using techniques such as DOM scripting, DHTML and AJAX. We implement MVC design pattern using object oriented architecture and powerful template engine like SMARTY for decoupling of presentation (viewer) and data (model) layers. Technoscore used PHP 5.0 for server side scripting and MySQL 5.0 as database to manage data for website. To get the better user experience, interactivity, speed, and usability on front-end, AJAX has been used adequately. To participate in survey, patient has to enter the code given by doctor and after validating that he can participate in survey. Patient can also leave his survey in the middle and later he can resume the survey again. Doctor can view their patient’s survey anytime by logging on to website; apart from this they will also receive the quarterly survey report by mail. The entire solution is flexible enough to manage from the administrative area of the site to add unlimited plans, unlimited number locations, define email contents that will be sent automatically on different occasion from website, add doctors and modify the existing ones. Administrative area has CMS to manage the contents on various pages of website along with their title and Meta tags, FAQ, testimonial and subscription status of subscribers. Administrator of website can also set few global settings from admin area that will reflect throughout the site. Features List: -
