We collaborated with the client to outline critical objectives, including online–showroom alignment, catalog richness, mobile-first performance benchmarks, and enhancements to customer trust.
Worked closely with the client to define goals: online–offline sales integration, benchmarks for product catalog richness, performance optimization, and customer trust features.
We created wireframes and design prototypes that strike a balance between premium aesthetics and functional clarity. Intuitive navigation flows allowed easy product filtering, searching, and exploration. The layouts were optimized for mobile-first responsiveness, featuring touch-friendly interactions, a streamlined checkout process, and fast-loading visuals.
Built on WordPress with WooCommerce for scalability, we integrated a custom PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway for secure transactions. On the back end, we centralized inventory, order processing, shipping, and showroom appointment bookings for unified management.
We implemented a promotions engine for automated discounts and bundled offers, as well as smart product filters for browsing by size, style, and collection. A dedicated policies section was also added for improved transparency.
Additionally, we integrated a showroom appointment scheduling module, connecting online visitors with offline sales opportunities.
We improved site performance by implementing advanced caching mechanisms, integrating a global Content Delivery Network (CDN) to reduce latency, and converting product images into WebP format for faster loading. Combined with code minification and database optimization, these enhancements ensured consistently smooth, fast shopping experiences across all devices.
We conducted end-to-end testing across all critical workflows, including product browsing, cart management, checkout, and showroom bookings, to identify and eliminate functional issues before launch. Performance tests were conducted under varying traffic loads to validate speed and stability. Cross-device and cross-browser checks ensured consistent mobile responsiveness and usability.
We executed a smooth launch by aligning the website deployment with the client's grand opening promotions, ensuring discount campaigns and bundled offers went live without glitches. Following the launch, our team provided continuous monitoring, security checks, and bug fixes to stabilize performance.
