Scope of the Project

E-Filing System:

Developed an e-filing system, allowing landlords to electronically submit cases, upload necessary documents, and track case progress efficiently.

Case Centralization and Tracking Dashboard:

Created a centralized dashboard that provides landlords, tenants, and legal professionals with a real-time view of case statuses, upcoming court dates, and required action.

Service Suite:

Built a comprehensive service suite, covering Warrant of Restitution filings, eviction actions, property inspections, SCRA reporting, and attorney services.

Automated Notifications System:

Implemented a computerized notification system to keep users informed about case updates, court dates, and critical actions, ensuring timely communication and reducing missed deadlines.

Secure Data Storage and Retrieval System:

Integrated robust security features, including SSL encryption, role-based access control (RBAC), and multi-factor authentication (MFA), ensuring secure storage and compliance with legal data retention standards.
