A Web Platform with Tailored Document Processing Workflows and Dashboards

Our web developers built a platform that digitized key processes and provided a controlled environment for managing rent court cases. This platform had:

E-Filing System

We began by building the core e-filing module so landlords and attorneys could create cases online, upload supporting documents, and replace paper submissions with a structured digital intake flow.

Service Suite

Once the intake function was stable, we extended the platform with service-specific workflows, including Warrant of Restitution filings, eviction actions, property inspections, SCRA reporting, and attorney service requests. This allowed users to manage the full lifecycle of rent court activities within one system.

Case Centralization and Tracking Dashboard

With core services in place, we designed a centralized dashboard that consolidates case data across modules. Landlords, tenants, and legal professionals can now see real-time case status, upcoming court dates, and pending actions from a single view.

Automated Notifications System

We developed a rule-based notification engine. It read case events and triggered email and SMS alerts for hearings, updates, and critical deadlines, reducing missed actions and manual follow-ups.

In parallel with feature development, we implemented the security layer and then hardened it before go-live. This included SSL encryption, role-based access control (RBAC), and multi-factor authentication (MFA), ensuring that sensitive legal information is accessed and retained in compliance with requirements.
