Develop a robust knowledge sharing space for inter-disciplinary collaboration and notes sharing between research scholars and students. The platform was to be arranged around various academic disciplines, sub-disciplines and professions such as Technology, CS, Law, management, CA, Social Science, Engineering, and more. As this give users a better idea about the area, subject and topic to which the notes relate to. The project involved developing a feature-packed platform that offered easy onboarding and seamless note sharing to appeal to the masses.
Creating an easy-to-use online platform for sharing the right academic knowledge with the right people in real time, required careful discussion and planning. The scope of the project was vast as we were to come up with a web application that not only allowed easy document upload for sellers but also seamless search and offline access of these notes for the buyers. The platform was to be built as a robust knowledge sharing portal that offers students and scholars ample scope to collaborate and share carefully curated handwritten/typed notes in just a few simple clicks. Some of the major challenges we faced when developing NotesMate were as follows:
