Chris was looking for a customised web based CRM solution that could track sales leads, right from the lead qualification stage to the closure stage with in-built reporting mechanism.

This web application is essentially a sales lead management software and contacts management system software with following features. Lead/contact list management The ability to set tasks and due dates associated with a contact. The ability to assign tasks to different users and also assign follow up dates. Whenever a user logs in, they will see a list of all tasks listed or sorted in order of follow up Date (Status). Follow up date is a calendar that pops up and you assign a date when the follow up task should be done. Ability to generate sales reports. Ability to upload and edit the documents. The ability to collaborate with your salespersons effectively. Content management system to upload the documents, manage the contact lists etc Customer is happy with the open source CRM solution and is already benefitting greatly in terms of increased sales, centralised customer database, improved communication
